I like to refer to our integration of theological education, spiritual formation, and leadership development as the “AOR Trifecta.” One of the tools that we use to introduce students in the Executive M.A. in Health Care Mission to this kind of integral education is the Enneagram, an ancient tool for understanding processes of spiritual growth and transformation.
I recently interviewed Chris Hueurtz, a founder of Gravity Center in Omaha, NE, an expert on the Enneagram, for my podcast, “Contemplate This! Conversations on Contemplation and Compassion,” and wanted to share it with readers of our AOR blog and social media followers.
